MAINTENANCE & TESTING OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS

Our team of Engineers carry out periodic maintenance of both Conventional and Analogue Addressable
Fire Alarm Systems to BS 5839 2002. Contract options include one, two or four service visits per annum.
Full documentation of devices tested and certification. All types of systems undertaken.

MAINTENANCE & TESTING OF EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEMS

We carry out periodic maintenance of both single point, self -contained and central battery systems to BS 5266 1988.
Two visits per annum with a three hour duration test on the first visit and a one hour test six months later.
Full documentation of luminaires tested and certification. All types of systems undertaken.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OF GASEOUS FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS

We offer maintenance of gaseous fire suppression systems in accordance with BS 5839 2002
within computer rooms and high & low voltage electrical distribution rooms including repairs & certification.

MAINTENANCE & SERVICING OF FIRE EXTINGUISHERS & HOSE REELS

On-site servicing of all fire fighting equipment including refills & renewals.
Certification to BS530.

COMMISSIONING FIRE ALARMS & EMERGENCY LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS

Commissioning and certification of new & extended fire alarm/emergency lighting systems.

REPAIRS TO FIRE ALARM & EMERGENCY LIGHTING SYSTEMS

Tracing and locating defects and faults. Carrying out on-site Repairs/renewals of defective equipment including;
Emergency Luminaires, CBS Panels, Fire Alarm Panels, Fire Alarm Field Devices and all ancillary components
which include: Detection and Actuation Circuits, Sounder circuits and Mains voltage wiring.

MONITORING STATION FACILITY

The company is accredited to a Central Monitoring Station and can offer 24 hour monitoring of Fire Alarm systems
via a monitored BT Red Care Line, arranged & connected with on-line set-up by our own Engineers.

24 HOUR CALL OUT FACILITY

Emergency Call-Out facility available with Maintenance Contracts 24 hours a Day 365 Days a Year.
Response times from 3 hours to within 24 hours from log-on according to customers specific requirements.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & QUOTATIONS

Professional technical assistance on Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Systems available & the preparation of
quotations for complete projects or the supply only of equipment as required.

We offer a complete Installation package to detailed specification by ourselves or from consultants designs.
